Dolly M. Garlo, RN, JD, PCC, is President of Thrive!!® Inc. (www.AllThrive.com) and Founder of Creating Legacy™, developing its signature program “The 7 Steps to Creating Your Legacy.”  After 16 years of law practice (www.GarloWard.com), her current focus is working with successful mid-career women professionals and business owners (and enlightened gentlemen) in the areas of business development, strategic marketing design, professional career transition, social entrepreneurism, corporate social responsibility cultivation, and developing legacy projects to make a difference that lasts for generations.

Dolly brings a holistic approach to her work with multi-faceted background and wealth of knowledge about people and business as a critical care registered nurse, attorney and trained mediator with additional training in neurolinguistic programming; a certified life, business and retirement coach for the past 13 years; an expert in strategic marketing design; a group facilitator and advisor to nonprofit boards; workshop developer and leader; speaker, educator, and writer.
